The 2023 Innovation Summit Returns to Pittsburgh in September

The Kickoff: The Future of Innovation

The summit begins on Tuesday, September 26 at 12:00PM ET with an inspiring virtual kickoff by Peter Coffee, VP for Strategic Research at Salesforce. A trailblazer in the technology industry, Peter will share invaluable perspectives on AI, the metaverse, and why current economic stress is a reason to accelerate, not postpone innovation.

The Keynote: AI and the Near Future of Work

Wednesday’s keynote will be delivered by Peter Mulford, Global Partner and Chief Innovation Officer at BTS. Mulford heads up the firm’s Innovation & Digital Transformation practice and the Global Insights and Design Laboratory. He leads business transformation and capability-building efforts with global Fortune 500 firms such as Sony, Microsoft, Time Warner and Merck, with a focus on developing innovation leadership, design thinking, and disciplined experimentation capability.

Giving Back at Innovation Summit

As in years past, HIKE2’s philanthropy committee, Give2 Camp will coordinate with two organizations to give back to our local community.

Extra food from each day of the event will be donated to 412 Food Rescue, whose volunteers will make sure the food helps alleviate food insecurity. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a supply drive for the homeless by bringing supplies or donating money. More information can be found on the event website.
