Buckley has worked in the Salesforce 'eco-system' for over 20 years as both a customer and a consultant. "I feel like my 9 years as a client gives me a perspective that is not shared by all consultants. I can empathize with clients' pain points and constraints because I've been there." While the first half of his Salesforce consulting career was as a Senior Solution Architect, he moved into Strategy and Advisory work 5 years ago. In this role, he helps clients align their development roadmap with their business objectives to help ensure that their business transformation successfully delivers real business value and sets them on a pathway to continued success.
