Arup Das is Chief AI and Data Officer at HIKE2, where he leads enterprise AI and data transformation for clients, from strategy and operating model design through governed AI and data platform delivery, workforce adoption, and measurable business outcomes. With more than 20 years of experience across legal and professional services, financial services, real estate, healthcare, and technology, Arup has particular depth in helping regulated organizations move AI from experimentation to governed production and enterprise-wide value. He has built AI Centers of Excellence, led global technology teams, and delivered multimillion-dollar workflow and technology transformation programs. At HIKE2, he also leads Anthropic-powered domain solutions that combine Claude, enterprise data, and agentic workflows to address high-value use cases across regulated industries. Co-author of The Generative AI Practitioner's Guide, Arup teaches AI transformation to executives and graduate students and is recognized for helping leaders and professionals adopt AI responsibly and effectively.
