With over 18 years of experience in consulting and 10 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, he has worked with multiple industries leading innovation teams. With an emphasis on the overall creation and direction of innovation and product development at Hike2, Brian helps our clients realize their business vision for innovation and success.
Chief Operations Office
Over his 17-year career at Summa Technologies, Dan McDermont served several positions, including Chief Delivery Officer, where he oversaw all aspects of service delivery to ensure client projects were profitability delivered with high quality. Following the company’s acquisition, McDermont joined CGI, a global IT consulting firm, in 2017, where he held his most recent position as VP of Consulting Services for the Great Lakes Business Unit where he was accountable for all business and delivery activities for CGI’s non-banking clients in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Detroit metro areas. McDermont’s 22 years of experience in I.T. Professional Services and skills in consulting services and project management make him an excellent addition to our leadership team.

Rebecca Kerr has served as an HR professional for over a decade in a wide variety of sectors such as healthcare, technology, and social work. Previously, Kerr held roles at Campbell Soup Company, Bayer, Henry Schein, and several other smaller companies. Her expertise in talent acquisition, strategic planning, and employee relations will be crucial to help build the future of the HIKE2 team and strengthen the corporate culture.
With more than a decade of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, Kelly has managed the configuration, training and implementation for sales teams of more than 100 users. She has also designed, developed and implemented solutions that support business processes across several industries, including healthcare, nonprofits, legal, oil & gas, and manufacturing.
