Lynn Tellefsen Stehle is Principal of Legal Growth Strategy at HIKE2, where she helps law firms modernize their marketing, client and business development operations and position those functions to play a greater role in their broader AI strategies. A former law firm Chief Marketing Officer with a background in sales and product management, Lynn brings more than 25 years of experience spanning law firm marketing, business development, and legal technology. She has led client and business development, marketing, communications, and legal technology strategy across three prominent law firms, building growth functions, driving attorney engagement, and leading lateral partner integration and key client initiatives. Having also led growth programs on the legal technology side, Lynn brings a rare understanding of where growth initiatives break down inside firms and how people, process, and technology can come together to help firms win work, strengthen client relationships, and grow.
