Matthew Court is a human-centered design strategist, user experience designer, educator, researcher and leader with over 25 years of experience transforming complex challenges into meaningful, actionable solutions. With deep expertise in user research, discovery and design thinking, Matt combines knowledge of interaction design, service design, and information architecture with strong facilitation skills and systems thinking, across industries such as finance, education, and safety. A skilled communicator and collaborator, he leads cross-functional teams through strategic design thinking to improve customer experience, strengthen brand impact, and drive business goals. As a former master's-level instructor at Carnegie Mellon University, Matt is equally comfortable mentoring future design leaders as he is architecting front-end solutions. He builds bridges between disciplines, fosters inclusive collaboration at every organizational level, and consistently delivers user-centric results through technical precision, creative problem-solving, and personal accountability.
