Welcoming Eight New Members to the HIKE2 Team to Kick Off the New Year

HIKE2, a Salesforce Partner and digital solutions consultancy focusing on innovative client solutions, continues to grow in order to support our expanding client base. In addition to welcoming eight new employees that add a breadth of experience to our Salesforce consulting practice, we are hiring.

Known for its human-centered design approach, experience-driven implementations, and collaborative culture, HIKE2’s growth is accelerating in the commercial and public sectors. With these additions to the team, our mission is to create more opportunities for clients to achieve their own growth goals each year. 

Rachel Brozinick, Solution Architect, is joining HIKE2 with 10+ years of experience working on implementations of multiple SaaS solutions including Salesforce, Medallia, Concur, DocuSign, and AdvoLogix. She has worked with over 20+ clients in the Public Sector, Energy, Financial Services, Hospitality, and High Tech industries with a primary focus on Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

Patrick Caruso, Salesforce Consultant, joins the team with 7+ years of experience designing and implementing technology solutions that deliver business value. He has been an end user of Salesforce in an Internal Sales role and has also been a Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator. His passion is automating complex processes using Flow and maximizing the business value of the Salesforce platform.

Robert L. Davis, Solution Architect, brings 10+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform in roles such as administrator, project manager, business analyst, and developer. Robert’s most recent work consists of working as a developer to assist clients in streamlining their process on Salesforce and improving their lead and sales conversions.

Kavitha Killough, Salesforce Consultant, joins the team with 7+ years of experience in engineering and project management, working with both private and public sector clients. She focuses on proposal writing, contract negotiation, project management, client relationships, quality control, and team training. 

Chris Lorentz, Salesforce Consultant, brings a variety of expertise in project management, Salesforce administration and Formstack platform certifications. He has utilized Salesforce across many different industries to maximize opportunities with his client base over the past 10 years. Later, as a service-focused employee, Salesforce helped Chris to identify and communicate opportunities to his sales partners to follow up on; it even allowed him to implement Salesforce in a non-profit organization.

Dan Manca, Solution Architect, joins HIKE2 with 15 years in the Salesforce ecosystem spanning customer and partner experience. During his time as a consultant, Dan focused on standing up new Salesforce instances primarily for customers in the Financial Services vertical as well as working with clients to optimize their existing orgs through project work. Currently, Dan’s role on the sales team as a Solution Architect is responsible for getting prospects and clients excited about Salesforce and how it can help solve their pain points. 

Anthony Pascarella, Visual Designer, joins HIKE2 in a full-time capacity following a successful internship with the organization in 2022. Anthony’s current role is in providing design support for client opportunities and projects. His primary focus is centered on UX and graphic design.

Ashley Voss, Salesforce Consultant, joins HIKE2 with a year and a half of experience as a Salesforce Consultant. She has experience implementing and making enhancements to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) applications. Ashley also holds a certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
