Spotlight on New Employees

Matt Kotlar, Salesforce Consultant. Matt has over 7 years’ software implementation and integration experience. He’s worked as a Salesforce Business Analyst and Consultant in the oil and gas, safety, and manufacturing industries. His expertise includes Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Integration Design and Support. 

On his new position at HIKE2, Matt says, “I work with really talented, experienced, and kind people here at HIKE2. I’ve only been here since February, but I already feel like I’m among old friends and colleagues. I have felt heard in my opinions and ideas, and I appreciate the chances I’ve had to grow and learn both professionally and personally.”

Natalie Peretti, Data and Integration Specialist. For the last five years, Natalie worked as a Boomi integration developer for a Boomi Platinum Implementation Partner. Many of the successful projects she worked on were data mastering solutions using Boomi’s Master Data Hub, accessing data in industry-leading CRM, ERP, and HR cloud solutions such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Oracle Cloud, and SAP.

“I’m excited to be a part of HIKE2’s community of exceptionally talented professionals as well as its collaborative and proactively inclusive company culture. It’s been a little over three months and it’s been wonderful so see that the enthusiasm and positivity are so consistent. Even as a fully remote employee, I feel connected and well informed by regular, proactive company events and communications,” Natalie says.

Monica Swanson, Salesforce Consultant. Monica has more than 6 years’ Salesforce experience, first as an Admin and then as a Senior Admin. She is currently in her second year of Salesforce consulting. Monica’s expertise includes NPSP (Non-profit Success Pack), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Sharon Beck, Principal. Sharon is an accomplished executive with deep experience in management and technical consulting, product and program management, technology delivery, portfolio management, and technical transformation. She’s got a proven track record in strategy and delivery for new product development and integration in a variety of industries including engineering, medical devices, health care, health insurance and financial services. 

Her significant experience with transforming technical organizations makes her a valuable addition to the HIKE2 team. “I’m so thrilled to work with super smart, collaborative people in a rapidly growing company!” Sharon says.

Alexis Ostrander Healey, Engagement Manager. Alexis brings a variety of experiences to her position at HIKE2, including over six years in Tech Consulting and 2-1/2 years in Portfolio Management. She’s been working with Salesforce solutions for over seven years — streamlining IT operations by directing Salesforce Administration, instructing on Scrum best practices, and championing an Agile transformation to improve business operations.

On her new role, Alexis says, “I love that the company is so inclusive — if anyone has an issue, everyone jumps in to help. The team and company is put before the individual, and I absolutely love that.”

Pamela Roller, Director. Pamela brings deep knowledge and experience to her new position as Director with HIKE2. She’s been a Senior Engagement Manager and a Salesforce and MuleSoft Program/Project Manager as well as a Pre-Sales Business Lead, Salesforce Administrator, and a Business Analyst. She’s also held roles as Director of Client Operations, worked in Marketing Automation, was QA and Release Management Team Lead, and was a Leadership & Strategy Consultant. 

She’s looking forward to helping clients reach their digital transformation goals with her skills in client engagement, leadership, active listening, facilitation, Agile (CSM), work breakdown structures, planning, budgeting, estimating, and driving operational and business process efficiencies.

Mike Anastasiades, Director of Solutions. Mike has managed a team of solution specialists and architects across various Salesforce cloud technologies, focusing on building deep customer relationships to drive business growth. He helped to increase business nearly 4x while collaborating with senior VPs on customer-based initiatives and creating a legal sub-vertical at Salesforce.

A legal industry expert, Mike notes, “We’re at an inflection point in the legal industry. Law firms and legal departments need to make important decisions on technology and artificial intelligence. I’m excited to help them make decisions that will be critical to their success.”

Amelia Deschenes, Solution Architect. An experienced Salesforce Solution Architect, Amelia has a strong background in the software industry. Skilled in Salesforce, agile methodologies, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and data migration, Amelia is a proven business development professional with a long history of working with databases and database management systems. She brings deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce Lightning, Salesforce CPQ, sharing and visibility, and data architecture to the HIKE2 team.

Lizzy Ly, Digital Marketing Intern. Lizzy is a student at the University of Pittsburgh studying Marketing and Finance. During the school year, she’s the Marketing and Communications Assistant for Pitt’s School of Social Work. She embraces creativity and uses tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, and videography to express it whenever she can. Lizzy is excited to work with a smaller but growing company. 

According to Lizzy, “It’s exciting to see the company grow with my own eyes because of the efforts of all of my co-workers and even my own contributions.”

Carly Blonski, Visual Designer. Carly graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Graphic Design and minors in Architecture Studies and Information Sciences and Technology. She’s got a wealth of experience in marketing and printing, including developing promotional materials such as ads, email blasts, and posters while also laying out, organizing, and producing newsletters and catalogs. Her go-to tools are Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and XD). She’s also skilled in photography and studio lighting, HTML and CSS, and drawing.

“HIKE2 is constantly pushing boundaries to adapt and create the next thing. It’s an exciting opportunity to work with a team of such innovative people that are welcoming and passionate about what they do,” Carly says.

Hunter Sowry, Salesforce Consultant. Hunter is a Salesforce consultant who has several years of experience working in blueprinting, implementation, configuration, and staff augmentation projects. He’s also an experienced business analyst and functional lead. Within the past two years, he’s acquired Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, and Service Cloud Consultant Certifications. Hunter has demonstrated skills in project management, team building, time management, Agile SCRUM methodology, Quality Assurance testing, user story building, flow building, Salesforce, and JIRA.

“Everyone I’ve met has been nothing but nice, welcoming, and helpful to me,” Hunter says. “I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to be surrounded by to begin the next steps in my career!”

Kimiya Roesser, Director of Talent Acquisition. A results-driven talent acquisition professional, Kimiya joins HIKE2 with over 15 years’ of proven talent experience in technology consulting as well as a solid foundation in candidate management and best practices. Kimiya excels in building effective relationships to provide the best possible talent and strategy to the organization at every level. 

“HIKE2 has a great blend of people who are all super engaged and excited to be here – it’s an amazing culture that energizes you to do your best,” Kimiya says. “I am super excited to help HIKE2 continue to grow!”

Nicole Klee, Salesforce Functional Consultant. Nicole has over 15 years’ experience in a variety of operational and technical roles, primarily in the CRO and pharma support industries. She enjoys working with business users to identify their needs, provide solutions, and ensure the proper utilization of Salesforce capabilities. She has 8 Salesforce certifications including Application Architect and Sales Cloud Consultant.

Nicole is most looking forward to learning about different industries and the variety of Salesforce products. “Any time I have the ability to make the end-user experience automated while driving data quality is a win,” Nicole says.

John Ziegler, Client Advisor. John brings a unique perspective to HIKE2, having worked for Salesforce for many years in addition to having implemented multiple Salesforce tools at a Consumer Goods Manufacturer. John understands that every Digital Transformation is unique, and he has the ability to solve complex business challenges with technology and drive long-term value and growth for his clients.

“I made the leap from a traditional sales career because I saw the value HIKE2 brought to a partner in creating a customized use case and tool that really drove the business forward. I want to work with clients to solve their unique challenges with human-centered designs that truly provide value for their employees and customers.”
