HIKE2, a digital consultancy known for helping complex organizations accelerate transformation through AI, Data, and Salesforce, is pleased to announce that Matt Knight has joined the team as a Client Advisor.

Matt brings a wealth of experience from Salesforce, where he focused on new customer acquisition within the professional services, legal, and financial-adjacent sectors, including business process outsourcing organizations and AM Law 200 firms. His consultative approach and track record of client success make him a natural fit for HIKE2’s commitment to delivering high-impact, human-centered solutions in regulated industries.

Matt first collaborated with HIKE2 while at Salesforce on a joint deal with a law firm. That experience left a lasting impression.

“I am excited about joining HIKE2 because of the people and the high bar that the team sets for customer satisfaction. The delivery quality is outstanding, and I want to help communicate that even more clearly to clients,” he said.

In his new role, Matt will focus on helping clients strategically harness the power of Salesforce; not just as a CRM, but as a platform for practice management, matter management, compliance automation, and AI enablement.

Matt has worked with a wide range of clients, from fast-paced law firms managing high caseloads, to fund administration companies requiring advanced data security and investor access, to collections firms integrating Salesforce with credit bureaus like Experian. These experiences give him a deep understanding of the challenges facing HIKE2’s clients and the tools needed to solve them.

“My role at HIKE2 is to be the connective tissue, ensuring we’re delivering excellence to clients and pulling in the right team members to do that,” said Knight. “The quality of the people here and the customer experience HIKE2 is known for made it an easy decision to join.”

Matt is particularly passionate about precision in client engagement, especially when it comes to demos and presentations. At Salesforce, he built and delivered tailored solution demos, several of which were praised by HIKE2 as among the best they’d seen.

“Let’s make sure that when we show up—whether it’s a demo, presentation, or 30-minute conversation—we speak precisely, without fluff, and show clients exactly what they need to see,” said Knight. “It’s about giving them confidence and clarity so we can move the ball forward.”

He will work alongside solution engineers to elevate the demo experience at HIKE2, ensuring every touchpoint with a client is deeply researched, strategically scripted, and fine-tuned for impact.

With Matt’s arrival, HIKE2 strengthens its Salesforce and AI strategy, aiming to drive even greater value for clients across legal, financial services, and beyond.
